Who owns the layers we create?
You do. The client owns every layer, and we deliver in open standard formats you keep.
Where is data stored, and who can publish it?
In India, on infrastructure you approve. Nothing is published without your sign-off.
Military or sensitive areas, a problem?
No. The old prohibited-areas rule is gone. Only a short DST negative list of sensitive attributes cannot be marked, and that data is never exported.
High-resolution data?
As an Indian entity, Anora can legally create and own geospatial data at any accuracy within India, including street-view and CORS survey.
Drones?
Flown under Digital Sky rules: instant in green zones, structured approval near airports, no-fly in protected areas. Indian operator.
Source-data licensing?
Most base layers come from free public sources: Copernicus, USGS, Bhuvan. Any commercial layer, and its cost, is flagged up front.
Controller, processor, and who signs
Where an engagement produces evidence behind a regulatory filing rather than a layer for a department.
Who is the controller?
You are. Anora acts as a processor on your supplier, plot and site data. A data processing agreement is available.
Who signs the filing?
You do. We produce and screen the evidence; the Due Diligence Statement or disclosure is yours to submit and sign.
What is delivered with the data?
The methodology and the QA record, and the accuracy each output was produced at, including where that accuracy stops being sufficient.
Anora commits to operate to ISO 27001 and ISO 27701, to pursue SOC 2, and to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
